• Suggested minimum sobriety requirement is five years.
• The District Liaison attends all the Intergroup meetings and reports to the district committee what is happening at Intergroup, as well as reports back to Intergroup what is happening at the district level. This position is similar to the Intergroup Liaison, who has the same responsibilities as the District Liaison but is a position voted in at Intergroup. 
• Term: Two years
